What is the Relational Spirituality Lab?

The Relational Spirituality Lab (RS Lab for short) is a learning community, led by Dr. Todd Hall, for Christian leaders who are passionate about helping others grow through coaching, mentoring, discipleship and leadership development. We grow together by learning, experimenting, practicing new skills, and receiving ongoing supervision and feedback. 

The RS Lab Experience

The RS Lab currently has two offerings: 

1) The Relational Spirituality Coaching Certification (RSCC), which is an 8 week cohort-based course to help you accelerate your coaching skills using the RS model. It also includes training and a license to use the Spiritual Transformation Inventory with your own clients.

2) The RS Academy, which is a membership to help you continue to grow and develop as coach and leader based on the foundational principles of relational spirituality. The RS Academy includes two live zoom calls per month led by Dr. Hall, and a growing resource and training library. The goal is to help you stay up-to-date on the latest science and best practices related to transformation, expand your coaching and mentoring practice, and ultimately, help more people experience deeper spiritual transformation.
